Gate Exam Eligibility
For Civil Engineers, the Eligibility criteria for the Candidates would be following-
a). In appearing Session-
Students doing B.E. / B.Tech. / B. Pharm- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology (4 years after 10+2 or 3 years or after B.Sc. / Diploma in Engineering / Technology) are Eligible Candidates who are currently in the 3rd year or higher or already completed or going to complete in 2023.
b). Certified Government Body
You must ensure that you possess certification from any of the institutes and conduct examinations by the societies that are approved by MoE/AICTE/UGC/UPSC as equivalent to B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Arch. /B. Planning, etc.
c). Abroad Education
If You are pursuing your qualifying degree from another country and you’re currently in the 3rd or just completed your Bachelor’s degree (duration: at least 3 years) in Engineering / Technology / Science / Arts / Commerce.
